August 24, 2025 – “Deep breathing” Worship Service at Unity Church of North Easton (10:00 a.m.)

We will meet Sundays at 10:00 AM. Cheryl B will be the lay leader for summer services and she welcomes anyone to suggest a topic or lead a service. Summer is our time to try new things.

The services will be similar to what we have done in the past summers. We will use topics from a book with something to read followed by contemplating and sharing your thoughts on the topic. We will have opening words, a chalice lighting, and joys and concerns as well.

“This week, scatter several deep breathing pauses throughout each day. Bring your attention to your breath, and slowly inhale through your nose and then even more slowly, exhale through your nose or mouth. Just one slow breath can defuse stressful situations and bring us out of our frantic, worrying mind.”
