March 30, 2025 – Singing Meditation with Don and Emily– A Five Points Cluster Shared Worship Service at All Souls Church Of Braintree (10:30 a.m.)
March 30 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 pm

Discover a path to deeper mindfulness through the harmonious blend of singing, meditation, and drumming. We invite you to join us for an immersive experience designed to cultivate presence, inner peace, and a heightened sense of self.
No prior singing experience is necessary – this is about freeing your voice, connecting with your breath, and experiencing the joy of sound as a tool for relaxation and emotional release.
Feel the rhythm and energy of drumming, a primal and ancient practice that connects us to our bodies and to each other. Engage in group drumming to awaken your senses, release tension, and create a sense of unity and shared experience.
This service is designed for anyone seeking to deepen their mindfulness practice, regardless of experience level. Come prepared to explore, connect, and discover the profound benefits of integrating singing, meditation, and drumming. Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
